Trademark

In layman’s terms, trademark is also frequently referred to as brand name. A trademark is a graphic symbol that establishes the identification of a product or a company. It can be a word signature, a name, a gadget, a label, a pattern of numbers, or a combination of colours. The chosen picture must be able to be graphically reproduced on paper in order to be eligible for trademark registration under the Act. Additionally, it must be distinct and unrelated to any other marks that are currently registered under the Trademark Registration Act.
