Non Disclosure Agreement

A nondisclosure agreement (NDA), often known as a confidentiality agreement, is a contract that guards confidential and sensitive company information and forbids the individual from disclosing it to any other parties. Such NDAs can be made between businesses and their staff, consultants, partners, suppliers, middlemen, software developers, and clients. The goal of this is to stop anyone who has access to critical business information from disclosing it to a third party, which is a relatively straightforward premise. An NDA might be unilateral or mutual, depending on the situation.
