Assignment Agreement

In a formal agreement between two parties known as an IP Assignment Agreement, a property owner (known as the assignor) transfers full ownership of a subject matter to another party (known as assignee). Everything protected by intellectual property rights, including works of art, music, photographs, videos, and sounds, can be assigned.
The transfer’s specifications must be accurately stated in the agreement in order to reduce ambiguity.
